loss of business profits, information, interruption or financial losses. bitsler shall not be held accountable even if bitsler has prior knowledge of the possibility of occurrence of such damages. 7.2. bitsler shall not be liable for personal injury or death occurring from the users own negligent use. 8. disputes any complaints concerning bitsler may be directed to the customer service team found at administrator@bitsler.com. if any dispute is not resolved to satisfaction, the user may utilize any remedies prescribed by law in the user's jurisdiction. 9. amendment at any such time, bitsler reserves the sole right to revise or modify the current agreement and the user will be bound to any such change. therefore, bitsler encourages the user to review the terms and conditions periodically. continued use of the service provided will attest to the agreement to any amendments set forth by the agreement. 10. governing law any matters related to the agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of hong kong. the user agrees that the courts of hong kong shall have definite jurisdiction in regards to any claim, dispute, or misunderstanding concerning the agreement, and any rights to the matter originating from such ruling is waived by the user with respect to any objection or action initiated by courts including actions brought
